Appointments
We know you have many choices when choosing a dentist. We strive to do our best to accommodate our patients scheduling needs.

Appointment Cancellation Policy: we kindly ask our patients to provide a 48 hour notice if you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment. We reserve the right to apply a $50 fee after ONE missed appointment or late cancellation (unless due to unforeseen circumstances).

Please keep in mind that emergency cases can arise and cause delays. We do our best to treat our patients needs and appreciate your patience and understanding!

Insurance and Billing
Kiel and New Holstein Family Dental is proud to be a Delta Dental Premier Provider. We work with most other traditional insurance plans, but please contact our office to verify acceptance of your plan. Kiel and New Holstein Family Dental does not participate in Health Management Organizations; however, we will be happy to file your insurance claims for you. 

Payment Options
We accept checks, cash or debit/credit cards. We are willing and flexible to work with our patients financial needs. We do offer third party financing if needed or requested. Please contact us to speak with our Office Manager for details. 

PLEASE NOTE: PAYMENT IS DUE AT TIME OF SERVICE - payment is due in full for patients who do not carry dental insurance. For dental insurance patients there may be a co-pay collected at time of appointment for all services.
